There's a whole world around bitcoin. I'm not from coding world. But the more I get involved and think in bitcoin, the more I want to learn coding and be able to connect to the blockchain on my own. Bitkey is just to test the waters. I have #trezor too. I like it better. But someday my own airgapped wallet.

Seeing this everywhere. Albyhub and Predyx... It's confusing me!
It’s already easy to use… all this does is promote division between the community… The community needs to stop idolizing Jack… he’s not that important to bitcoin at all…
Agreed. When I first started on nostr I felt like he's someone important to follow until my friend pointed out that bitcoin or nostr doesn't have a someone we need to follow. The truth, the concepts are all out there for you to learn & know for yourself. @jack has a tendency to have idols himself. He used to idolize elon when he was ceo of twitter.
Everyone thinks Jack is important for his shitty mega corp businesses that are controlled by black rock… And for some reason don’t understand he’s an agent of the state… He is not helping anyone but his investors because that’s where his loyalty lies… It’s very apparent when you look at his businesses and the products they release…
Declaring ₿ as the new unit name/symbol against the will of the community and then announcing the death of the satoshi is an attack on bitcoin. We have 17 years of established precedent and a powerful scarcity narrative of 21 million coins, and that’s all being damaged by this. I won’t stop saying sats. #SatsAreTheStandard ✨⚡️

Is like you tell somebody that you gave them 0.50 dollar But actually its more specific to say 50 cents
The girl behind the counter didn't know what a credit card was either once upon a time. The system is being changed/replaced with a different and better system. Of course people will need to learn a few new things.
Main criticism of the bitcoin symbol denoting what we commonly refer to as sats, would be this. The thing the most precoiners know about bitcoin is 21M units, if nothing else. Suddenly why is there more? You can explain that nothing changed just a naming convention, or you can explain there are 100M sats in a bitcoin like there are 100 pennies in a dollar. And I mean I always liked the @ + s symbol. The penny dollar analogy really makes it really easy to grasp. Replace dollar and pennies with any other currency and its sub units.
I think it's a great idea. We're going to cancel cents next. One cent will now be simplified as $1. Decimals are too confusing to the sheeple. 🧐
Do not erase the history of where you come from lest you forget where you are headed. This is not something taught through application updates, but rather the boots on the ground spreading the message of Bitcoin. Creating confusion will result in non-standard applications from being recommended by the disciples. Sometimes, paving a new path leads to loneliness. Will not recommend any services or products that don't accept sats as the standard. I do not comply. You do not have consensus.
They've been pushing this for a while now and I really don't like it. It's indeed confusing. How are we gonna call 100000000 Bitcoin from now on @jack
Tell me you haven't taught Bitcoin to anyone without telling me you haven't taught Bitcoin to anyone. In all the folks I've talked to across every generation I've never had anyone confused about "sats to Bitcoin are the equivalent to cents on the dollar." Classic dumb.
