It's more real than never! Yesterday i went to the new studio place with the owner and he even gave me the keys as sign of trust to secure the deal Photos of the place this is the inside: It have two mini rooms for office and coffee place: It also have a small separated space for recepcion so if i have multiple clients can wait their turn there. And i leave a #proof of me and my gf there yesterday, im very excited about this new journey, its the first time in my life im taking such a big step! Basically to start this project I'm doing it with loans, i did this because i didnt have the initial amount of money to start but i do know that the studio will produce enough to pay and cover everything Im asking for help to, every dollar you can donate is a dollar less I will owe and i will be able to return to normality You can zap this note Or use geyserfund

In a new episode of real life in Venezuela I found an office I love for my studies; it's even close to my house and for a good price, $150 a month according to the owner. But here's the thing: the owner's real estate agent is adding $50 to the monthly rent without the owner's knowledge. Basically, she's trying to pocket an extra $50 every month and is hindering the process for the owner who really wants to rent it out.

Breaking news: in venezuela some gas station starts to works 24 hours, the last time we had this was 2002, so yes, it's a huge improvement for us Also we are not seeing long lines for gasoline anymore

There are also certain points in the city where informal trade took part of the sidewalk to set up its vegetable sale and although this is illegal I must say that they relieve the pockets of Venezuelans a bit since in these places they sell very cheap. #photography #photostr
