Find a paid blossom server to host your stuff, and upload it there. Find a client that allows you to create kind 21 events. Reference the kind21 video event in a kind1 post for reach. Goodluck

I don't understand. - Your video needs to be hosted somehow -> blossom server - you need to create a publication, and since its a video -> we do that in the shape of a kind21, such that applications build for video content know how to deal with it. - you want broader attention to your publication so you announce it in a general sense -> kind1 message. As such, there is no 'other option'. If you wanted to distribute your video physically: - you need a medium -> burn it on a dvd or blueray - you need a container -> you put that disk in a box with a booklet and cover. - you want the world to be aware -> you create an advertisement. What 'other option' would you propose for that scenario?

It's simple. Instead of the tech kerfuffle you've just given me - effectively underlying the difficulties for non tech, non crypto absorbed public to utilise nostr for content creation - you've reinforced my point, re. limitations for doing so. "Kind21" and "Blossom server" aren't the only ways to upload videos via Nostr clients—they're popular options, but there are alternatives and more straightforward paths. Unless, you're happy with the slow uptake in nostr adoption by millions content creators? Let's try another analogy. There are millions of cars, but most owners did not have to learn the principles of the internal combustion engine, gearbox design, manufacturing process, or even just basic mechanics in order to drive one, and use it for a business or specific purpose.
