My kids are 14 and 16 and we haven't had cable TV since 2008, before they were born.
It's a kids book, I think it was from the early 2000's maybe late 90's
Also their is a cartoon of it too
The only turtles that I watched were named Raphael, Michaelangelo, Leonardo, and Donatello.
