So…let’s have the talk. What happened to the left?
Will be chatting with @Erik Cason and @HODL for @The Progressive Bitcoiner this Friday.

That’ll be an interesting conversation for sure
Abandoning the 1st Amendment as a core tenet for starters.
Easy.
In the nature vs nurture, nurture won the collective minds.
The state was the way to change the environment of the individual so they could change for the better. In the beginning, the state could only influence education, some blind redistribution of wealth.
But technology improved and the state became capable of influencing the ENTIRE environment. The state now wants to intermediate all human relations, and it kind of can.
The state is Thanos, its power is almost unlimited, but people still want to believe it can be used for good (they believe it’s the ultimate representation of the will of the people).
No other progressive alternatives exist now for coordination between humans. The state has absorbed all solutions because it’s Thanos, it can do it all. “If it can kill, it can give life”, “if it can steal, it can redistribute”.
Too many leftist statist simply believe “we must state more and better”
They've latched onto cultural Marxism, hook line and sinker.
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.
The ultimate irony is how America drapes all of its actions as "protective" be that of democracy or against the treat of terrorism or some other veiled threat.
Then, here in China, these sorts of limitations of activities are well known and accepted by the populace. Rightly or wrongly, it is the acceptance of both legal rules and social norms.
What is NOT the case in China, however, is any sort of false narrative. What continues to surprise me (an it shouldn't) is just how gullible the populace remains that they somehow have freedom of speech.
Interesting, yeah I can see that.
Cc @Roger H thoughts?
The mindset of left is often patriarchal: daddy state cares for everything: equality, justice, food, jobs…
Oh yes!!!! You’re crushing it with guests bud. 🙌
