I read a study where the guy took the first 12 words from every major book, songs, poems, religious text, etc... made them BIP-39 seed phrases, and sent them dust transactions. they basically all got swept in seconds.

I was going to say that this isn't bad practice as all for a passphrase because its not that big of a deal if it has limited entropy anyway, it should be treated as an "extra measure" rather than the true entropy for the seed anyway, and in that case memorable can save your ass.
