I was going to say that this isn't bad practice as all for a passphrase because its not that big of a deal if it has limited entropy anyway, it should be treated as an "extra measure" rather than the true entropy for the seed anyway, and in that case memorable can save your ass. Then i read the context.... and holy shit.
