And about 10% of those are 💜💜💜Haven💜💜💜 instances operated by individual users. Not too bad at all! Thanks to all the Nostriches out there! I’ve built my fair share of "enterprise" software, moving billions in fiat and petabytes of data. I’ve even built some OSS that I’m proud of, ranging from game decompilations enjoyed by a community of, I don’t know, eight people, to dev tooling packages downloaded millions of times. But I’m especially proud of Haven in all of its "small intenet" glory. Its ~130 stars, several forks, and the hundred or so instances run by users out there. All credit goes to @utxo the webmaster 🧑‍💻 of course, but contributing to Haven, Khatru, and the underlying Nostr ecosystem, hits different. You know, mantaining stuff used by real human beings. It sorta restored my faith that I can put my skills to good use: help users own and preserve their content, push devs to hack cool things, and basically do my fair share to allow humans to be humans in what’s still left of the old school internet out there. Thanks, Nostr. Let’s keep building! I’m looking forward to seeing the number of relays (personal or otherwise) keep growing. #nostr #growNostr #haven #relay #internetForHumanBeings

Do you noticed that they try to take over any browser and that include tor browser .
i mean i just host my own stuff, and stuff referring to me. im using Citrine from ZapStore on Android. it hosts the relay on the port 4869. you can add your npub in the Citrine and only allow events/notes signed by you, or referring to you. then i expose that port using the Orbot app using "Hosted Onion Services". i make Orbot only proxy the Citrine app btw, so i dont proxy everything through tor. there should be a "Choose apps" button in Orbot. some nostr clients like Amethyst already have built-in tor support and can connect to onion addresses. anyway, at last of course i add my relay's onion address to my relays on nostr, which is like `ws://onionaddresshere.onion:4869` tbh all of these can be supported built-in by a nostr app, but none does it yet. i think it would be cool, everybody storing and hosting a copy of their own content.
i couldnt understand what you are trying to say but i think you are talking about tor not being private anymore? i use tor like cloudflare tunnels. so mainly for hosting stuff rather than privacy. i think its great at it, especially for phones or other moving devices.
