For me, Covid was the breaking point. The government wasn’t just restricting our freedom of movement, they were actively punishing anyone who didn’t take that rushed vaccine. I still remember not being allowed to board a flight unless I had tested negative a few hours earlier. I was only 20, and it shaped the way I see everything now.

Yes, unless we actively fight it, our lives are to be chattel to a Boomer death cult - where years, decades, or even entire lifetimes of progress or opportunity of ours is happily and eagerly sacrificed to add weeks or even just days to their time and their death grasp on decision making…

I’m grateful in some ways for the Covid era revealing what it did about our institutions and the people surrounding us. I was in my mid to late 30s when it happened and it blew everything wide open. Shattered my worldview and changed my friendships forever. There’s still a sadness for what was lost, but a gratefulness for what has been gained.

The pandemic was a cross-away moment for many people including myself. In 2020 they unleashed all their anger on people and opened the eyes of many people. So that period was a tragedy but it helped many to understand how far they can go. The darkest years of my entire existence. If there hadn't been those abuses towards the population I wouldn't be here now. I spent the entire time gardening, when I traveled I simply drove around the police checkpoints. Nobody ever even tried to make me get vaccinated Also I like the fact we are allowed to wear masks now that's cool. Before all this I'd get harassed and once even arrested just for wearing a mask in winter. I'll remember the lockdowns fondly. I can imagine if you lived in the city it would have sucked.

I live near the state border so we're used to police checkpoints and all the other shit. Just replace Covid19 with cannabis. Only difference is everyone got the same treatment that is normally reserved for poor people and minorities
