I’m grateful in some ways for the Covid era revealing what it did about our institutions and the people surrounding us.
I was in my mid to late 30s when it happened and it blew everything wide open. Shattered my worldview and changed my friendships forever. There’s still a sadness for what was lost, but a gratefulness for what has been gained.

Yeah, they took it way too far. And if you’re being honest with yourself, you can’t just act like nothing happened.
I threw out everything I once believed. From that moment on, I knew exactly who the real enemy was.
I feel the same.
