That's custodial

There’s only nostr:nprofile1qqsrf5h4ya83jk8u6t9jgc76h6kalz3plp9vusjpm2ygqgalqhxgp9gpzemhxue69uhkzarvv9ejumn0wd68ytnvv9hxgqg5waehxw309aex2mrp0yhxgctdw4eju6t03ypduq that’s been reliable for me and nostr:nprofile1qqsyv47lazt9h6ycp2fsw270khje5egjgsrdkrupjg27u796g7f5k0spzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqgewaehxw309aex2mrp0yh8xmn0wf6zuum0vd5kzmp0n8yxwm gives it that extra connectivity that’s also nice to have.
- Aqua Wallet by Jan3 best for onboarding new people
- Phoenix Wallet by ACINQ best once you are familiar with strategies on how to manage at times of high fee environment
1-Phoenix
2-Breez
3 - Zeus (only in 3rd because a bit slow to start and can be tricky)
4- Bitkit (best UX but still a bit buggy)
5 - Umbrel + Albyhub/Alby Go
6 - Green Wallet ( Good but payment are taking a very long time to settle for some reason)
It’s custodial and it is called nostr:nprofile1qqstu8vf099ljt09m4jvres0dgk8ps2q4wkfjvjp3lhrp3wxxllfg7gpz9mhxue69uhk6mnv9emrqmpwd9hj7qghwaehxw309aex2mrp0yhrq7rrdpshgtnrdakj736x3wj , otherwise great wallet and one that I recommend often.
Phoenix.
Others.
AlbyHub + AlbyGo
AlbyGo loads so quickly, it's no competition
Phoenix
I honestly can never remember which way round it is 😁
npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 with albyhub running in docker
Alby on a Lightning node. After you can download Alby Go.
more details and features here
https://darth-coin.github.io/wallets/lightning-wallets-comparison-en.htmlaccurate. with one exception. you can't use zeus in low bandwith areas. it's just unusable.
the venn diagram is wrong, it doesnt work like that
Bull Bitcoin 🐂 self custody wallet, lightning/liquid, payjoin
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bullbitcoin.mobile&hl=en
I tested out Muun wallet last week and it was solid. Phoenix is still my preferred wallet, but I don’t think it’s available to download in some geographies.
Aqua wallet
Easier to manage than Breeze and Phoenix for which fees can be a surprise
We hear you. We’ll be working on fixing this one later this year.
Aqua / Phoenix.
Aqua if you don't mind wait a minute for transaction to settle.
Phoenix for real time settlement
Is not ven diagram, is darth diagram 😄
And that's why I wrote several guides about how to deal with that.
I wrote on Zeus and Blixt documentation page, I wrote in my walkthrough guides about Zeus and Blixt, I wrote on SN about how other could help by running neutrino nodes.

Just complaining is not the solution. Do you run a Bitcoin node? Just activate neutrino and users in your area could benefit from it.
I provide lnbits instance (+ cashu mints for offli e transactions) for merchants around, family and friends. They swipe their sats to self custody as they feel fit.
It's by far most easy and stable solution for them 🤷♂️
That is another use case. Don't get confused.
sure it is. no argument here.
I still think that phoenix (or even full custody) is better then zeus for places like e.g. rural africa. even with neutrinos all over the nearest cities.
Nobody says you must use Zeus.
That's why we have so many types of wallets for each use case.
I personally use at least 5 wallet apps. Why?
I explained here why:

I like nostr:npub1ajlrwgfj4yerhqf7ady03h7wmtk2qr3gs7h3sxcx83k05yld36sswpzx3q very much!
I see some people saying Aqua. Aqua is cool but they STILL don't have a sats option?

What aqua needs is direct L-btc to btc sending via a swap.
This is like asking what is the best way to operate a Bank on the swift network. The only difference is Lightning is far note capable than swift, but its at thee the same layer, is instant, irreversible, and requires prior liquidity relationships.
Running a bank from a phone is unwise. The average person running a bank themselves is also something that will not happen as Bitcoin evolves.
I like these ones:
Zeus ⚡️
Aqua Wallet ⚡️
Alby Go / Alby Hub ⚡️
You should try the new Misty nostr:npub1jugar2agq6369p0l86razavs9shj2p6pscxecevs8j94ap37hkqsjlfc28 wallet.
