I remember when people used to say that the British legal system was the best in the world…… CSW broke this. Also, fuck CSW.
It can be appealed but it'd cost a fortune - I don't know if we have any bitcoin law people in the UK yet but it'd be a good one to appeal the judgement as it resctricts our right to access.

how do we show the court that there are millions of people who believe Craig Wright is a fraud?

the bad guy wins by default, by a legal technicality. rather annoying stuff. perhaps there’s a sliver of hope there, or perhaps it was the only way the judge was able to rule against bitcoin…mad world in any case. lol 🫠😶🫥😑😐😵‍💫🤪

If it's not even clear who lost, the lawsuit itself seems invalid 🤔
wtf this is outrageous. However, can the state track down the nym to pay?

They ruled in favor of that guy who claims to be Satoshi? Is that what this means? Thanks.

This ruling makes the judge and his court look incredibly stupid. The court will now be equated with the widely held view that Craig Wright is a psychopathic fraud, charlatan and clown..🤡🤑😆😂🤣🤭😊

Rien à voir même si les deux cartes géographiques sont quasi similaires. Ces types de décisions juridiques sont telles tant autres sont typiquement 🇬🇧 voire quelques fois 🇨🇵
I wonder, does this risk spilling over to GitHub? If Craig goes after GitHub for sharing the content with folks from the UK.

Presumably challenge the host to reveal domain name payment history? Unless they’ve been paying in bitcoin 😂
Yes, this can escalate up to the High Court: The High Court of Justice in London, known properly as His Majesty's High Court of Justice in England, together with the Court of Appeal and the Crown Court, are the Senior Courts of England and Wales. Its name is abbreviated as EWHC for legal citation purposes.

I am all for free market solutions. If it doesn't work, fix it or replace it with something which works better. I know the implications of this way of thinking and you need to be humble to yourself and the people around you or the society you want to improve will be trapped in eternal revolution without actually getting things done.
Let's never forget that Bcash and BSV changed their monetary policy. They modified the algorithm to give the miners higher payouts. Else their chains would have died. That is the least Satoshi thing you can do.
