@ZEUS PoS is much easier as it only requires you to download the mobile app. It integrates with Square, which can come in handy if you need to accept credit card payments and simplify accounting. Plus it’s self-custodial & open-source, just like BTCPayServer

Energy sector (Fossil & biomasse). We want to accept it as a general payment option, but direct payment upon delivery and at self-service station is the trickiest part. It must somehow integrate to our ERP system. (I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly. Otherwise, please explain it to me again.)

Have you looked into the BTCpay server with POS machine option ? Not sure it would make sense to you though.
