Americans are sick of war. You're welcome to go overseas and fight Iran if you think they should be attacked. Just stop stealing our money to pay for it.

They always steal people's money to start wars and then they travel to other countries to rest while the people fight for their lives. It's really touching the actions of the leaders of the countries. Working for peace should be our sole goal, but they focus on personal interests.

The population is always thirsty after choosing a leader. During campaigns, they make promises, but after being elected, all these promises are thrown away and they implement other things. It's really very bad.
I've often remarked that wars should always be condiucted in this way. Each side has a short period of time to drum up "patriotic support" and get "those who would die for the cause" to sign up. Then, each side gathers up all of the willing, and delivers them to the opposing side, where they are summarily executed upon arrival. When one side can no longer summon any more "patriots", that side is said to have lost and an agreement must be set accordingly. it's win-win-win. The war has a clear winner. Those who would "die for their cause" are given the opportunity to do so, and the rest of us are left the fuck alone.
At the risk of getting out my tinfoil hat, the attempt to get Americans interested in this conflict seems extremely weak. Way weaker than Ukraine/Russia, nowhere near what they pulled in the 2000s. I wonder if the population is tired, or if they are just getting worse at this game.

This whole “peace through strength” narrative just feels like an excuse from someone itching for a fight. Fighting in ego never ends well.
You mean that Lindsay Graham saying "Game on!" didn't get you all excited about funding another war?
