The bit that was getting me for a while on mobile, is that on iOS the nostore extension only works in safari and not any 3rd party browser

I can't do an iOS demo with Nostore or I would #AndroidOnly. Maybe you can do one for the iOS crowd?

Awesome 🤙 How's mobile coming along? Last time I tried Nostr Nests about 8 or 9 months ago it didn't work on mobile for me. Tried cornychat recently and had issues on mobile as well, ddg was literally the only browser (didn't try chrome) that kind of worked. Firefox, FF focus, and GOS Vanadium did not work even with javascript and cookies allowed.

It's the best around, IMO. I use Kiwi browser with Android and it works great for me. I've also tested with Firefox and that works fine too. Many have used iOS. The mobile UI needs some work still, such as chat isn't intuitive to find, you have to tap where you'd normally swipe, but that's a fix that going to come soon.

Does this work on iOS ? I used Nostour with safari on iPhone and iPad and that works really well.

From the looks of that GitHub repo, @npub1zfss...w445 was working on a Safari web extension as of four months ago. Not sure if it’s ready yet. Nostore is no longer actively maintained so it would be great to move to one that is actively maintained.

Safari only works with the Nostore app.

If you want to speak or text chat, you have to be a nostr user. That's because it is a full-blown client now.

It works but you can't login from Mobile. alby did not work in the kiwi browser, which is one of the few Android browsers that supports Chrome add-ons. Nostr nests might have to go the native route so as to access the Amber login app.

Ok I just tested from kiwi and the flamingo extension ( https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/flamingo-%E2%80%93-nostr-extensio/alkiaengfedemppafkallgifcmkldohe ) and I can login! But kiwi can't install pwa apps to the home screen.

It works on mobile with mobile extension for Firefox Kiwi for Android and Safari with Nostore.

Désolé @Derek Ross mais beaucoup de mes amis 'e peuvent se connecter au Lundimalin à cause d'un onboarding trop compliqué, en particulier avec Nostore qui n'aboutit pas lors de la création d'un profil. Que ce soit avec un PC ou un mobile. C'est vraiment dommage, certains ne viennent plus à cause de cela 🥺 Est-il possible d'intégrer une fonction plus simple de création de profil sans nsec?
