There’s a whole lot of internet drama involved that I don’t have the patience to go over, but basically his orbiters like to claim what he’s doing is benevolent just because he supposedly pays artists fairly. That still doesn’t excuse his anti-piracy turn or the way some of his people are usually involved in psyops against communities. Anyway, anyone coming out of 4chan trying to sell you something will eventually backstab you if not for money, then for power and influence, that's a fact.

Credit card companies are going after hentai websites. Fakku is among the biggest ones, and people are panicking because content is being taken down from their site, which is ironic, because Fakku’s owner has been engaging in takedowns for nearly a decade now. Call that retribution. But knowing that guy, he might get away with it somehow and restore his website.
