A very funny bug happens in Pelagic II mission in PD, and since it happened to me twice I think I can confirm the trigger: if you play coop with a simulant and had played other missions before, an enemy NPC will likely spawn as a friendly NPC and help, you can't command him though and he won't endure much since he kills enemies alone on his way to you on generator room, but it's cool anyway.
