This is going to be my last post about BIP-110. I’m really pissed off. I was one of the first in the community to warn that the Core team was completely corrupt and had likely been compromised by three-letter agencies. I was a supporter of Knots, but despite that, I was never a supporter of BIP-110—yet the situation now is absolutely nightmarish. I’m certain that Core is completely corrupt, but what I’m not sure about is whether the BIP-110 supporters are just idiots or if the CIA is paying them, too. In 45 days, I’ll be back to laugh at you all. Bitcoin’s current situation is deplorable.

If you have nothing positive to post than dont post anything at all. 😏
We've wasted the only bullet we had against Core. Knots will be completely discredited, and I don't think the project will continue. Clearly, Knots is just as corrupt as Core; the CIA is probably behind Knots, too.

TheBitcoincommons.org is also working on a similar approach just not as radical as Libbitcoin (still has mempool, and a UTXOset). Coded in Rust, and modular, presents a differentially tested consensus spec (that is validation tested for over 900k blocks. Still alpha but does have a release as compared to Libbitcoin not having a release yet.
i agree that infiltration either side is probably their strategy. so just when someone feels safe advocating BIP110--whatever goalpost moving that took over Core will also start taking over the other side. I just haven't read anything to show me the clear corruption behind Knots. everything i see just rests on social layer and personalities. what gives you the feeling that CIA is behind Knots/BIP110? what would be in it for them?
You have become powerless and resentful, so you seek villains to blame: Core developers, the CIA, BIP-110 supporters, corrupt actors everywhere. You care less about Bitcoin and more about the emotional satisfaction of having someone to blame and to be proven right. What other solutions do you have besides promising to return and mock BIP-110 supporters? Nowhere do you say what should be built, improved, or created. Your entire mindset is reactive and weak.
> I was one of the first in the community to warn that the Core team was completely corrupt No you weren’t. The first was likely @npub100ma...fyy5 in early 2023. I began paying attention around May 2023. Never saw you posting about Knots or spam until 2024 at least. I could be wrong, but maybe you could provide evidence for this claim. You certainly weren’t part of the tight community that complied and built this website (https://wtfhappenedinfeb2023.com) that was the first complete record on the shenanigans of Core and you were not involved in the discussions around that too. IMO you were never deeply invested in this discussion, you’re more likely projecting your own black-pilling sentiments and Luke derangement syndrome onto the few people who are really passionate and knowledgeable about the issues BIP-110 is trying to solve.
He’s just so hopelessly blackpilled he sees CIA involvement everywhere, including in the most organic and anti-CIA-like movement in Bitcoin. His brain has completely melted on this issue and I really like 99% of his other takes on every subject. That’s why is so sad to see. Like with Giacomo, ST and Luke de Wolf. It’s inevitable I guess.
I know buddy. I was witness. You opened my eyes very early on. I bet most people don’t know this, but I believe you opened Mechanic’s eyes too. We were like 20-30 retards with a mission and most would never know the ridicule we went through 😂
Slippery slope fallacy and appeal to fear once again. lol 😂 Why is going to fail exactly? We already have 14% of nodes and 35 + blocks mined…

great example of how chasing something you enjoy can just unexpectedly open some doors 👍🏼
i like bip110. we should also release the cat. we should also remove witnesses discount. we should also lower the block size limit. we should also have a websocket and bluetooth protocol for p2p, along side the tpc one, and support dht as well as tor and ip2 built in. electrum endpoints should also be built-in. pruned node options should be removed to make full node size more optimized by leveraging built-in electrum indexes. we need a new gui as well, and built-in explorer. plugin support also needed.
