And what is software?
I'd debate it but it would be a very long one
I think it comes down to which one protects the other.
I think having Bitcoin allows me more freedom of speech, cause they can't shut down or seize my finances.
Vs freedom of speech doesn't guarantee the speech will be acknowledged and protect your property.
There are no other rights without property rights.
Except speech is organic and naturally occurring whereas property ownership requires overt action
the two are not comparable and thus difficult to equate
Tho porperty, even perfect private property, does nothing to preserve your speech. You can still be politically targeted for whistleblowing and have your assets seized in the trial.
I don’t think you can have one without the other
Doesn't sound like a lot of property rights.
And if it has to go through a court, it's not very scalable is it? Just turns into the UK.
Maybe a rothbardian spin: speech rights are a subset of property rights; these are not competing rights. That doesn't mean I can come over and run my big mouth on your property. You'd be justified in removing me.
freedom > everything else

The Second Amendment protects them all.
