GrapheneOS is solid. Anyone who actually cares about their privacy should be on it. Stock Android is just a surveillance suite with apps.

I followed @npub1u70j...tqna video. Essentially download aurora store and f-droid and an app verifier. Search for what you need, download the apps. Deny network permision and disable the app. In the owner profile go to system-users-create profile. In each profile install the apps for each profile and enable them and give them network permissions. Still in the trying it out phase so I'll let you know how it goes.
