Oysters are also among the easiest to grow at home, and it's possible to grow them with used coffee grounds as a substrate.

There is a specimen of Honey mushroom (Armillaria mellea) that is the largest organism on the planet. It's bigger than (though perhaps not as heavy as) Pando the monoclonal Quaking Aspen (Populus tremuloides).
The other yellow/orange slime fungus could be Witch's butter (Tremella mesenterica), or Orange Jelly (Dacrymyces Chrysospermus). My best guess!
