Man it is painful. Same thing here. Worse is when they acknowledge the walls are closing in, and you can show alternatives. Still no change. Brutal.

All these strategies never seem to work 😞 we need to change it up. What if the privacy advocates threw out their privacy and made those who don't care about privacy care because they're uncomfortable with other's lack of privacy. Let's turn *our* bathroom walls into glass instead. 🧠

yeah it sucks...i managed to get a good bit of my family to switch to signal when several folks went from ios to android but that lasted only a couple of months until they all switched back. sucks really.

It isn't even necessarily about hiding anything. It's about being a civilized human that isn't treated like an animal. It's the right to choose what gets shared with whom. Hiding is an evasive action. Privacy is the natural default. If I don't have that, I'm robbed of my humanity. Nothing to do with hiding.
