I don't know who needs to hear this. But Dr. Atkins did not die of a heart attack.

“I don’t interest myself in why. I think more often in terms of when, sometimes where; always how much.” That line comes from Three Days of the Condor (1975) — the quote that first drew me to the film after hearing it referenced in Mr. Robot. It’s a fantastic watch: a sharp, tightly written spy thriller with strong pacing and compelling performances. The acting feels theatrical — not in the over-the-top sense, but in that classic, stage-like way where dialogue, tone, and delivery are deliberate and expressive. You don’t see that style much beyond the 1970s. Modern performances tend to lean toward realism, which I also appreciate. (I find actors like Matthew McConaughey and Robert De Niro as great representatives of this more realistic style.) If that kind of performance resonates with you, I’d give Three Days of the Condor a solid 8/10. Definitely worth your time. image

Can Bitcoin Do Everything Ethereum Does? @npub1c2d9...kxar of @Liana Wallet explains that although Bitcoin isn’t designed like Ethereum to execute code, even today—without any soft fork or update—it’s technically possible to enable nearly ANY feature that Ethereum have and more!

“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” — Lao Tzu I came across this quote several years ago and it left a deep mark on me. It lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and filled me with hope. Today, it came back to me again, repeating in my mind several times as a gentle reminder.

If I say even a little about the themes in Gold (2016), I might spoil some of the story and the mystery that awaits you. So I’ll keep this brief, so you can experience the film’s surprises for yourself and fully enjoy uncovering its twists. The main character, Kenny Wells, is played by Matthew McConaughey. While most avid film lovers recommend choosing movies based on their directors, McConaughey is one of those rare actors whose performances alone make a film worth watching. His acting style is distinct in every role he takes on and Gold is no exception. Kenny is the son of a self-made prospector who lived the American dream. After his father’s passing, Kenny sets out to follow in his footsteps and restore the company’s former glory, but ... . I’ll leave at that. The rest for you to discover and it is worht discovering. Gold is a solid 8 out of 10 — absolutely worth watching, and even rewatching. #filmstr #moviestr #filmreview #cinema image

Gattaca (1997) is a great piece of sci-fi cinema. Its style carries the elegance of film noir—moody, deliberate, and visually striking. The dialogue feels more theatrical than realistic (which I actually enjoy), and it draws you into a slow-burn mystery. It’s one of those sci-fi films I remember vividly from my childhood. What made it special was that my whole family liked it too! For years, all I could recall was the final scene, so rewatching it now felt like a refreshing rediscovery. I'm sure I'll revisit it again in a few years. A solid 8/10! #film #filmreview #cinema #filmstr image

If the concern is that OP_RETURN could be used for spam, spammers already have a cheaper way of doing it—Inscriptions. However, they are already discouraged from doing so, as evidenced by the sharp decrease in Bitcoin transaction fees.
