saying that people can stop him if public opinion pushes on congress, does not mean his actions are correct, and in fact, complaining about it would be necessary to change it. even via the means you just described.

Saying I should complain about something that is like, your opinion, man is putting your beliefs on me.
My opinion is Trump should use all legal means to enforce every law he can. Then if liberals complain, that’s the one to double down on.
You can disagree with my opinion on any law you want. But again, the recourse is not for you and I to decide which laws “should” be followed.
