I’ve had this discussion on here many times.
If he violates the law, the supreme court will eventually stop it.
If not, write your congressman to change the law if you don’t like it.
It’s a democratic republic.

saying that people can stop him if public opinion pushes on congress, does not mean his actions are correct, and in fact, complaining about it would be necessary to change it. even via the means you just described.
