Are the delistings of xmr from most exchanges actually a good thing? There is obviously still a lot of demand and it creates a much more p2p economy. Although this would likely never happen to Bitcoin because it's become so entrenched into mainstream tradfi, I feel like xmr's continued demand despite the delistings prove that maybe the delistings are a net benefit if the currency is actually used at scale. It kind of forces people to learn to transact p2p with peers and DEX's instead of big centralized exchanges. Sorry for the long drawn out question.

My question: Monero’s survived longer than almost any privacy tech in a hostile regulatory environment. What’s the single design decision—or cultural norm—that’s made that possible? Maybe I'll win the hat 🤞🏻
It wasn't a benefit. If so much, monero users just had to endure the hardships of getting new monero on their hands. Unlike other trashy coins, monero is frequently for buying and selling goods of large value in the real world.
