Country I live in has been doing this for a few years too, it does seem to have helped in decreasing dengue cases, albeit it is currently still higher than the all-time-low 8 years ago.

There is overwhelming evidence by thousands of studies saying vaccines in general save lives, and specifically that the covid vaccine was effective. There were homeless people that assclown antivaxxers paid to take their shots, took dozens and dozens of them, and didnt die. You're really going to say that maybe 1 or 2 quack Dr's override the 99.9% of evidence saying vaccines are safe. After a certain point, when the vaccine became available, the only people in the hospitals dying from covid were unvaccinated. You have nothing. All of the anti vaccine content you consume, those quacks are "paid" by brain dead losers giving them a platform they otherwise would not have. How do you not understand that. Theyre making millions more than the thousands and thousands of lab workers and studies all in agreement that vaccines work
I don't consume very much "antivax" content but the "brain dead losers" are not paying for testing and studies (and therefore only publishing what suits them) however pharmaceutical companies (who have been caught before killing people for profit <-----opioid pushing) that make 100s of billions of dollars do pay for the studies and bury what doesn't suit them. There are also independent studies and lab workers that don't agree so what about them.
I don't look at individual studies. I look at overall trends in the data across hundreds of independent sources and trends overwhelmingly lean in favor of vaccines are effective and safe and vaccinated populations die significantly less than unvaccinated. In addition to personal experience, once the vaccine was around, the only people in the icu dying from covid or respiratory diseases in general were unvaccinated. Its quite sad these people would have lived if they didnt consume all the fringe antivax content and demand ivermectin, etc. I dont see how you think it makes sense to ignore the overwhelming data verified across thousands of studies and listen to 1 or 2 quack doctors or studies that literally everyone else says is bs. From being educated in certain fields, its obvious. I cant hand you and others everything you need to understand the studies. Most people dont believe the obvious because they have no knowledge of what theyre talking about. Everyone rambles about mrna and has no fn clue what mrna even is.
