I still see a potential way to salvage corechain in the future One main problem contributing to mining centralisation is hashers are not miners. Perhaps the most important people to orange pill right now are actually the fiat minded hashers mining for pools that extract 20-30% of their rewards for the predictability of consistent payouts. If hashers are actual bitcoiners, running their own nodes, and creating their own templates, they would be more involved in discussions on bitcoin’s protocol debates.

It’s a cognitive expediency trait that can be abused. I guess it’s also because it’s easier to defer to someone else’s confidence/conviction than to develop our own framework of ideas to stand for.. If we don’t stand for anything, we’d fall for everything. Always be prepared to your heroes, metaphorically of course.
