This user deleted his profile shortly after joining Nostr, but it wasn't because of the community. If you read the early comments before he deleted his profile, you'll see Nostriches providing help. They're giving him instructions on how to find tune his feed, choose his own algorithm, and make the most of Nostr - no matter the content. I don't think we as a community could have done any better in this example. I believe this failure at user retention was not at the fault of the community, but more so on the user not willing to learn. Could we have done better? Sure. There's always room for improvement.
