Cashu doesn't run on a single server. There is not one big mint that everyone uses. That would be insane. There are dozens of mints running on dozens of servers already. The point is that *you* can run it too. Either for your Bitcoin infrastructure or for your community. 🫡🥜🧡

Fedimint is also meant to be multi-mint. They just opted to have multisig from the start. Cashu might have multi-sig later, too. There is no clear cut differentiation.
