ngit feels aligned with the whole decentralized social graph direction — less “platform”, more protocol-first code collaboration.

I saw a comment there mentioning Fossil.
Fossil actually does the whole decentralized wiki and issues.
Fossil is maintained by the same developers as Sqlite. Intact Sqlite is maintained in fossil I believe.
