Hey, my relatives are all afraid to leave the house when it gets over 90 °F. I'm like, In Germany, we don't even turn the AC on at ninety. But you don't have AC. That's what I just said.

90 in Texas sucks but 90 on the East coast is absolutely vile.

Anything under 97f is fine cause it's under body temp, but when it goes above that, it starts to not be as fun. So if you choose the time of day to be outside to when it's less than 97, you're totally fine hanging out outside even on says over 100f. We went down in elevation yesterday, during the hottest part of the day, so we reached 108-108f. Inside our car it was fine, but when my hubby went outside for a moment, I got a cloud of hot that attacked me and that wasn't very nice! And then we all went into a store and even the short walk to the doors weren't fun. It reminded me of when we'd gotten stuck on a highway for like 2 hours in snail speeds in our van that didn't have AC! and we were driving all day anyways, but those two stop and go hours caused all our water to get hot, I'd had an apple that helped cool me down. I'd seriously considered going over and knocking on someone's window to ask if i could sit in their ACd car for a bit to recover, but didn't. Eventually we were starting to also run out of has, so we drove on the shoulder but had to get past semis who tried to block us from getting around! Then we got to an area that was 113f by night fall and I thi k may have been 117 earlier, and I almost fainted in the bathroom where I had quickly gone to cool down as soon as hubby stopped the car at a gas station. Someone saw me and got a worker to come check on me and I got cold rags and water and after 30-60 minutes or whatever it was, I finally recovered enough. I don't think I officially got heat stroke, but I was close! Hubby was only a little bit better than me, but also didn't feel well. But that was all day in 108+ degrees, no wind, hot water, plus direct sunlight at some parts. So, being outside for shorter periods under that temp with some cold water, you'll be fine!!! 🤗
