My problem with your analysis is, purely looking from a cost benefit basis, Israel came out well ahead on Oct 7. The disturbing part is that it is obvious even before the attack that it would be that way.

Do the math on the value of the lives lost, and the enormous cost of war. Israel has lost tens of billions.
Fortunately, Israel is wealthy enough to survive that. But they still deserve 100% compensation, and peace.
Egypt told them wo weeks prior and Interpol told them a month before.
Israel knew it was going to happen then sent it's army to kill Jews to pump up the numbers.
The whole attack was meant to take hostages in exchange for hostages. Not to be a massacre. That was done by the IDF

Hamas don't have Apache helicopters or reaper drones or tanks that were used to slaughter hundreds of Israelis

Look at how long helicopters were mobilised and ask yourself if that jibes with the narrative. The problem with all these comments stems from a very poor assumption that you actually have a clue what’s going on. Survivors of Liberty might have more discerning views.
