Time to drop the security blanket and go full nostr?

Engagement is such a broken metric anyway.

Leave X and never look back. You'll feel much better. I'm sure @ODELL will confirm :)

You don’t really own an audience on a rented platform. You’re basically farming on digital feudal land and the landlord suddenly decided sunlight is now a premium feature.

Sux! You can't even tell your audience to follow you on nostr.

It was never “your” audience at all then

Have you heard of The Internet? You don’t get a blue check but you can have fun.

Blue Check Manifesto

The blue check is the first step in Elon's plan to bring the chinese social credit score system to the west. If you cannot resist the temptation of...

what’s stopping you from leaving your Noster link on your Twitter and no longer using Twitter at all?

#nostronly

Still had paid but got shadowbanned because I said somethings that some people we're ready to accept. So even worse, paid and still rekt. The era of enshittification is real, full pivot to Nostr in the works.

“Had to be posted on Nostr. “ Ginsberg

Orrrr they just want your money 😂

No way! Everyone here on Nostr had no idea!

This is Nostr, Jimmy. You are preaching to the converted. What did you think this is, Twitter? 🤣 BTW, it is not "your" audience on X. It is a group of people who mostly watch whatever Elon tells you and them to watch. They are not yours. They are Elon's bitches. You can pay the pimp to have them stroke your ego. But dont complain to us when you stop paying and they stop pleasuring you.

I would've paid, I use the platform a lot, but there was no option to use Lightning to pay anonymously.

Ever wonder why Elon is so rich? He knows how to extract maximum value from a product. X is pay to play now.

Same experience here; stopt paying and I got like 5 likes at best, and 1/10th of the views...

yeah and we got an open alternative i wonder what happens to nostr when it really takes off right now its just 30k active users or something
