I'm 2 yrs carnivore myself. What do you need to know? I can't really recommend anything, since I learned everything myself by doing it. I do listen to some Shawn Baker podcasts but idk if that will really help you..

I was just thinking of diet resources, appropriate food lists, meal prep info, different recipes, and other similar resources. I can probably find all that stuff by employing some of my black belt search-fu, but I just figured I'd ask people like you if there are any that you recommend. Out of curiosity, do you know how the diet has impacted your LDL?

Hodl Harry is dropping gems. I'd agree with the notion of feeling it out, just increasing your protein (meats) intake and then seeing how your body reacts. Like if you have one egg usually, have three and drop something like toast. Increase your steak size or such things. No need to go fully carnivore and feel miff. Carnivore + fasting is great, but if you're doing proper missions (3 + hours hikes etc) then you need balance. Humans are hunter gatherer nomads, so eat as we found rather than grew. Hunting, fruits, fish, nuts etc. Also, carnivore means you shit less, almost never because protein and fat gets absorbed and used by the body so there's no waste lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
Thanks man! You're also spot on. Don't need to complicate things. I've also gone from only meat to adding some dairy, because with full carnivore I wasn't feeling 100% And yeah, if you're only eating meat and eggs, you'll hardly have to go to the toilet ๐Ÿ˜
One of the things that scares me is my intestines. When I did a very-low carb diet in the past, where I was taking in <25g of carbs per day, the weight loss was great, but I got diverticulitis and had to have 7in of my colon removed. That was a uniquely awful experience that I'm fully opposed to repeating, so I'm keeping that in mind as I hone in on the best option for me.
