I use Fountain. I like that I can send sats to the podcast creator and that the apps gives me sats for free from time to time. I recommend the Global Bitcoin Fest Podcast.

Overcast on iOS! Highly recommend but it lacks v4v support… hope the developer (one single guy) adds it soon!
AntennaPod, followed by Podverse. Both from #fdroid.
Best features: #opensource + v4v in Podverse.
I use Fountain now, but for a while I used Podverse. Features I like in Fountain are:
1. Value-for-value sats streaming and boosts
2. I like the way the queue works, letting me organize what I want to listen to next.
3. The activity feed on the home page is interesting, although I should look at it more.
There are several podcasts I like, but for here I recommend the Thank God for Nostr podcast.

Sometimes I think I just can't listen to anymore bitcoin content but then you get a show like the latest why are we bullish and I'm hooked again.
I like using Spotify because I download episodes to listen offline. Kinda of a shame tbh, but looking to get more involved with Fountain. I like saving my favorite episodes in playlists to then share with friends and fam.
I used Fountain mainly due to the V4V model; and I listen to What is Money, Rabbit Hole Recap, We Study Billionaires, Bitcoin Audible, Simply Bitcoin, The Mark Moss Show, What Bitcoin Did, Bitcoin And..., and Bitcoin Matrix.
I use Fountain App.
I like being able to zap creators and recieve sats while I listen to podcasts.
I really enjoy several bitcoin podcasts, Odd Lots, The Great Simplification with Nate Hagens, TRIGGERnometry and of course @Plebchain Radio

The playback effects: playback speed, silence trimming and volume boost.

I use Overcast. I like that it has a smart speed function that cuts out silences to make podcasts shorter and it's got a voice EQ function that makes talking stand out more in the "mix." Overall, it just works really well, too. I've used Fountain in the past but I ran into issues with it.
And as for recommending a podcast, I think Bitcoin and . . . by @Nunya Bidness is a great podcast that way more people should listen to.
