It's literally just their plan to create crop failures and starve 95% of the goym to death.
Less sunlight doesn't remove excess CO2 from the air, less sunlight literally does the opposite, less plant growth means less co2 going into plants.
This is only going to make the greenhouse effect worse, just with less sunlight at the same time.
