I felt weird that November snow fallen already last month and it’s pretty cold . So this current tech vs old tech . ( old tech global warming , now the current tech is cold and no global warming )
Who is the victims : US , human . We need to pay tax for global warming and its consequences and maybe this time we need to pay more on coal or heater bills .
Obviously less sunlight could decline the earth temperature and I can see Europe
Could be the first victims as it winter time
