I have been full strict carnivore, keto and everything between. I know cico is not black and white but I have had most success with carnivore-ish plus taking a bit more notice of calories. Historically, I never seem to reach my body comp goals....was going to give it a bit more of a good go this year and use nost for a bit of accountability. These are lifestyle changes that need to become habits. Your body will slowly transform over time.
Pure carnivore is hard esp with a family. It's the consistency that is hard for me plus I'm not getting any younger! I've always tended to have many fitness goals (which is never a good idea) this time getting the timber off is THE only goal. I have Achilles problems as well and carrying this extra is certainly not helping. I need to do some sums but I prob need to lose around 10kg of fat.
