Pure carnivore is hard esp with a family. It's the consistency that is hard for me plus I'm not getting any younger! I've always tended to have many fitness goals (which is never a good idea) this time getting the timber off is THE only goal. I have Achilles problems as well and carrying this extra is certainly not helping. I need to do some sums but I prob need to lose around 10kg of fat.

It’s hard in any family, man. It’s a choice you gotta make and be disciplined to follow through on. I am made fun of incessantly in my family despite being in the best shape of anyone, by far. After about 90 days, your body doesn’t even want the garbage anymore. Commit to it, do it, the 22 lbs will come off, and you’ll feel incredible. I’m in better shape at 41 than I was at 25 and I work out half as much. It is a total game changer. Don’t starve yourself and count calories. You will be miserable. Eat meat, eggs, and dairy cooked in animal fats until full. It’s the dietary cheat code like Bitcoin is the monetary cheat code.
