I agree!! There’s nothing like it! Just like saving and having fresh heart & liver. From waiting, to finally getting a shot to being able to walk up to it; it’s all quite a thrill especially when you don’t need to track it!

100%. The heart is my favorite. I've been searing it and glazing with whiskey butter. So tender.
