💯 Discovered through @jack and never looked back. Plenty of water with grey sea salt, bananas, raw eggs and coconut/olive oil for breakfast, ditching coffee and flours, raw veggies, raw meat and cheeses for lunch/dinner. Just can’t believe how much energy these simple foods provide during the day.

Nothing makes me angrier than reading someone shit on medicine and everything my immigrant family sacrificed to put me through med school and scientific education. “If antibiotics that we use to kill the bad bacteria also kill the good ones, how can this cause a disbalance between the good and the bad bacteria?” Answer: only idiots say this and most idiots who are this irresponsible for their own life usually also don’t value ANY life and cause death of other people, women and children. Not all ANTIBIOTICS kill healthy bacteria that are left healthy in your body, the chances are that it could be you took too long to seek help and now all bacteria are working together to be bad bacteria. Let’s look at an extreme example. Think of someone whose lungs 🫁 aren’t working due to smoking for years, or eyes 👀 wasn’t working and had a transplant. The transplant infections require VERY STRONG ANTIBIOTICS. The theoretical and clinical implications of delayed killing by chemotherapeutic agents for established bacterial infections and infections involving foreign bodies introduction to clear bacteria that your body multipled. Let’s look at this another way: You say healthy bacteria and imbalance: in science, bacteria are classified as Gram negative and Gram positive Bacteria. The key 🔑 for you to understand is what exist are many effective Gram-positive antibacterial agents as well as broad-spectrum agents that provide treatment of certain Gram-negative bacteria but not holistic treatment of all bacteria. However effectiveness of all antibacterial agents is being rapidly eroded due to resistance.
@jack Highly disappointed in you for supporting and encouraging people to disregard medicine. You’re not husband material for a doctor or scientist or anyone who saves lives of other people everyday.
@jack you don’t need to be an extremist when it comes to freedom. Freedom of thought is important but it’s important to acknowledge that you among many others don’t have knowledge of medicine and are dependent on doctors for your healing. This has nothing to do with freedom of choices, it’s about who took meds and survived and who didn’t.
Personally, I don’t trust misogynists and people who very hypocritically insult men who don’t appear ‘masculine’ in physicality to tell me what to do 🤣🤣🤣 wtf. There are plenty of women who get fucked and don’t have to pay for it who would like abortion to be accessible for everyone image
If you drive a car 🚗 and one of the wheel 🛞 runs out, can you drive the car from point A to point B without fixing the wheel? Or even minor issues, such as brake oil running out, can the car keep running smoothly without other errors happening in the car simultaneously? Why? Because you didn’t care about the first error. If someone has one organ not functioning well and you are relying on self healing or herbal medicine, you will cause damage to other organs. image

Raw food strains your metabolism as much more energy has to be spent to metabolise it than cooked food. The invention of fire and cooking is what allowed early humans to redirect surplus energy to their brains and thus become homo sapiens. You're undoing a key element of evolution there.
lol 😂 Buddy whoever you are, your knowledge will harm many!!!!! Compression socks has more to do with the proper use and the condition the person has, they maybe an effective solution for one patient and not the other. A healthy runner may see a hemodymanic improvement on Venus filling index if the patient has diabetes or HTN. Because venous pressure has to do with portal hypertension. It is increased pressure due to certain conditions. Compression socks may even help those with sensory neuropathy.
