Discovered through @jack and never looked back.
Plenty of water with grey sea salt, bananas, raw eggs and coconut/olive oil for breakfast, ditching coffee and flours, raw veggies, raw meat and cheeses for lunch/dinner.
Just canβt believe how much energy these simple foods provide during the day.

Raw food strains your metabolism as much more energy has to be spent to metabolise it than cooked food. The invention of fire and cooking is what allowed early humans to redirect surplus energy to their brains and thus become homo sapiens. You're undoing a key element of evolution there.
