Nostr wasn’t created for Bitcoin, it just happened to fit the paradigm. Honestly, I would prefer to see some web3 action, utilizing ethereum. Farcaster and Nostr have the same general principle, yet they both treat the other as if they are the inferior choice, it’s retarded.

We need to get Garnet (Amethyst branch w/Monero added) updated and going again.

Have a look at #Monstr. They just released an Android Alpha. And while it does have some problems, it's a good start.

This doesn't really help much as long as most nostr users show the same behavior of talking about nothing else. If anything it's worse because Monero's anonymity focus has more people intentionally separate their Monero npub from everything else. The one big benefit to this is Monero will help force nostr to add generalized cryptocurrency tipping instead of just the lightning shitcoin. That's good for basically all possible users
