Does the WoT relay have a full-on blacklist anywhere, so you can exclude a particular amount who somehow made it into the WoT from posting to the relay? Or is that 100% handled by building the WoT as a whitelist, and the only way to exclude someone from posting is figure out who is following them and add them to the "retard" list?

No blacklist yet, I don't like this idea, I prefer going with smarter whitelisting
Do you know of a good way to find out who from your own follows is following someone you would rather not have access to the WoT, so you can add your follow to the list of dumb dumbs?
Looks like a good client to use for accomplishing this is #Coracle. When you look up an npub and pop over to their followers list, Coracle displays folks you are following at the top of the list.
