Not sure what you're trying to say, but it would be nice to have more nostr apps that use p2p networking over Tor to make sure everyone gets notifications, and more nostr apps with push notifications

24/7 Do Not Disturb (except for a few starred contacts) was one of my best decisions. Many notifications are disallowed entirely. I'll see when I choose to look. Cleaning up subscriptions has been helping too. I deleted everything except YouTube and Nostr. I feel a lot better, but I'm imperfect. I still catch myself spinning out. The difference is I notice and correct it very quickly now.
