Coffee is ‘slave juice’ designed to keep the working class and the poors stimulated and working hard. There is a reason why a cup of joe is normalised at most workplaces around the world. The term ‘break’ is seldom used… it’s a ‘coffee break’ - state and industry sanctioned drug use designed to milk every last drop of energy from plebs. Alcohol is a ‘numbing agent’ designed to keep the working class and the poors subdued and apathetic. Gotta balance out all that a caffeine anon! 100% pure alcohol can kill a human in small doses. Beer and wine etc. is just diluted / watered down poison. You know this right? Ingesting alcohol and caffeine is like taking a sledge hammer to your endocrine system and circadian rhythm. No amount of grass fed steak cooked in cast iron over coals can undo the physical and psychological damage of long term habitual low dose stimulant and depressant drug use. Great health outcomes are seldom achieved whilst using depressants (alcohol) and stimulants (coffee) - even state sanctioned ones ;) On that note: My favourite coffee to drink is a flat white and my favourite alcohol is aged Rum! The El Dorado 12 Year Old 🙌🏽💃 Live free! Drink espresso martini’s 🍸 ☕️!!! 🙏

A cheeky Volcano Bag / Vaporizer puff of organic smoke - few…
I don't agree that "life without intoxicants is so painfully boring." I'm almost never bored, except when waiting at the DMV, sitting through a lecture on the benefits of "diversity," or having a 100-IQ nurse tell me that vaccines are "safe and effective."
Cannabis is a digestive accelerator .. if you use it with milk , it accelerats the benefits .. if you use it with alcohol..it accelerates destruction .. This is not a new finding btw ..not my idea for sure :-) .... I Hindu culture Lord Siva (and his followers) used Cannabis .. even today on the night of Siva (Sivaratri ) .. we drink Cannabis ground in milk all over India .. it is called Bhang .. Sivaratri is coming on Feb 26th .. check out the media !
This is a sign of good health and mental clarity, but I believe the millennials have used up all your generation’s dopamine reserves, and we can not be without a small trickle of distractions CONSTANTLY. 🫨
This is the way! The key is to shed the guilt for doing something that brings you personal peace and pleasure. It’s Sunday, and a spliff is on the menu. 😮‍💨
Sometimes distractions can be alluring if you have significant fears, and I believe the rigged financial system has been _especially_ hard on millennials and later generations, for so many of whom a home and marriage and children seem unattainable. My wife is of your generation, and one of her challenges was getting over the fear of being crushed by her student loans. Bitcoin helped with that!
Everything in moderation. I relish a cup of coffee in the morning, but my life has vastly improved since I cut back from consuming caffeine all day long.

My mentor is the healthiest person I know and they drink neither alcohol or caffeine which has spurred myself to cut back. I feel a lot better doing both in extreme moderation :)
