that will only happen if those in charge of the page decide to avoid what happened to YouTube with the intervention that the government has had and decide now that users will also be able to connect their own servers in order to prevent everything from depending on a single server. central.
Rumble's new 2025 Creator Program is a disappointment and a failure. They’ve set too many requirements to even qualify for it: you need at least 100 followers, have streamed at least 30 hours, and have an active Rumble Premium account, which costs $ 9.99 USD per month. At this rate, Rumble is heading in the same direction as Twitch and YouTube, where the bar keeps getting higher and higher. There’s no real innovation here. I bet they added the Premium Account requirement solely to boost their revenue. Most users won’t end up making money, but it’s a clever way for Rumble to extract cash from users who likely won’t gain a following or see any return on their investment. Let's not forget that rumble is a corporations and corporations are extremely profitable driven and often fail to innovate. On the other hand, I'm already making money on Nostr without any requirements. Nostr’s monetization model is far superior to Rumble’s. Should i add rumble to my little tombstone picture? I don't think rumble is going away anytime soon as they have massive amount of investors but these investors are not going to see a ROI anytime soon not even with this creator program. Also, what happened to the Rumble tipping feature? I haven’t seen anything about it, and I thought it was supposed to launch today. Will they screw that up too? image #rumble #rumblecreatorprogram

With this, Im switching to use it. Fountain over Spotify, Primal over Twitter, and now Rumble over YouTube. It is starting to add up

Nice move and good to know about it
Rumble is funded by Palantir. Don't get that nonsense mixed up, especially since they'll ban people for questioning the official narratives of things like the Holocaust. One guy on Rumble was banned for doing exactly that, likely due to Trump's Chabadnik family.

I didn’t know and just read about the link between Rumble and Palintir through Peter Thiel. Disappointing to see that it isn’t going to be different than YouTube outside of btc integration. I’ve watched a few controversial videos on Rumble so it appears that some content isn’t being taken down, yet. Thanks for the info.
