address reuse is bad but worth noting the entire shitcoin ecosystem reuses addresses "zaps" on farcaster reused onchain addresses everything that runs on ethereum, base, solana, tron, etc, uses a single static account per user, every financial transaction connected and easy to look up

right, so it's basically the same privacy hit either way. does that mean the account model itself is just inherently worse for privacy, or is there workarounds?

Monero shitcoiners do it because it's okay if you are not listed on CEX that share data with chainananlysis companies. Still all Monero wallets will automatically generate new sub addresses for every new transaction and give you coin control.

I don't think "but" is what you were looking for in that sentence. A period would have been more more suitable. Flows much better, and doesn't come across as if you're trying to say something might be defensible because shitcoins do it. All right I sound a bit like a pedantic ass.
