employee management systems were designed for normalized, fungible labor as a sort of commodity. That’s why management systems and methodologies deliver really good results when you wrap them around AIs, and why they make creative humans miserable. Creative humans aren’t uniform, labor never has been fungible - until now. Upshot being: apply more process than you think you need to AIs, and far less than you feel comfortable with to human employees.

How many more days this week? How many hours this day? How many more moments in this hour? There is only one, once you put away your ruler and stopwatch. You can't ask "how many more Nows?"
